We're excited to launch the Utopi Partner API - your direct access to real-time environmental and utility data from Utopi's IoT devices. Whether you're building resident apps, AI agents or internal dashboards, our API lets you deliver meaningful insights that improve comfort, efficiency, and engagement.

What You Can Do​

With endpoints for device and space metrics, you can retrieve:

  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • CO₂ levels
  • Utility consumption in flexible time intervals

You can also schedule temperature control actions, such as putting a panel heater into standby mode.
