We have recently released a new bulk device consumption endpoint. This will greatly enhance the ability to gather data from a whole building without having to request each device individually.

Alongside the new endpoint we have updated our rate limiting to allow larger rates for post requests.

What You Can Do​

With the bulk device consumption endpoint, you can retrieve time series data for up to 50 devices in a single request for the following metrics:

  • Electricity
  • Estimated Electricity
  • Heating
  • Cooling
  • Water
  • Gas

New rate limits:

Post Requests:

  • 500 requests per minute
  • 1500 requests per 5-minute window

All other request types:

  • 180 requests per minute
  • 500 requests per 5-minute window
